Meet Attorney Brian Reed
I'm Brian Reed, the founder of Elder & Special Needs Law, PLLC, in Lexington, Kentucky, where I focus on helping Kentucky families plan for the future with confidence and compassion. I understand the challenges families face when navigating long-term care, Medicaid eligibility, and protecting loved ones with disabilities.
I was born and raised in Central Kentucky, and I take pride in serving this community with a personal approach that combines legal skill with genuine care. I believe that every client deserves clear guidance, practical solutions, and peace of mind knowing their future is secure.
I earned my law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law and am licensed to practice in Kentucky, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
When not in my office, I can usually be found cheering on my kids at their sporting events and watching UK from the stands. I also love getting outdoors to hike and explore the beautiful trails and parks across the Bluegrass region. Kentucky has always been home, and it’s where I find both inspiration and balance.
